Jar Number 67
Contents: Wire and Paper
Released: 14-3-2014
General Location: Filton, BS34
Status: In Situ
First Jar in 3 months.....oppsss.
Long story short, my health took one heck of a kick in the teeth and I couldn't get out.
Still can't really, but a bit more strength in these bones let me to Filton at midnight.
This Jar was inspried by some friends of mine that I mentioned before.
They covered a tree in town, with notes of love and encoragment.
This Jar sort of does the same and has many bots of paper with meaningful words on it. Also a few sayings if you follow them.
It feels really good to have put something out in the world again. Life can easily bog you down and take what you love. What I love is creating and exploring, it's an amazing feeling to have gotten to do that again. But for now it's back to bed for me and the Jars. Hopefully another will emerge at some point soon.
Happy Hunting!

Jar Number 66
Jar Number 66
Contents: Teardrop Jewels
Released: 18-1-2014
General Location: Clifton, BS8
Status: Found by Zoe 18-1-14
I've been feeling rather uninspired lately.
Actually thats and understatement, I feel pretty dam lost.
My health has been taken away from me and with it everything else. My ability to connect to people or myself has been damaged and I feel like i've lost what makes me a person.
So this evening I woke up, like I have the last few months. Feeling all of these things and staring at a Jar I made a while back. I got to thinking, why hadn't I put it out?
Short answer I hadn't been well enough. And this thought made me so angry that I knew I just had to put it out!
So here it is, Jar 66.
The noise of this Jar makes me smile. While putting it out the jewels would brush and tinkle against the glass like a wind chime
I should mention how much I LOVE Bristol cause as I as placing this Jar I could hear whistling.......coming up behind me appeared a man. Not at any way menacing as he was shirtless in freezing rain and humming this happy tune. I live in a wonderful city with amazingly eccentric people...but I do hope he doesn't catch cold.
I started this project to 1, Explore the city I live in 2, Make art, and 3, Connect with people along the way.
I miss that terribly.
I love this project and everything it has let me experience over the last few years.
If you're reading this it probably means you have stuck through with me the last few empty months, and I appreciate that more than I can say.
Thank you for waiting.

Jar Number 65
Contents: Wire, Chillies and Glass
Released: 16-12-2013
General Location: Castle Park, BS1
Status: Missing 18-1-14
This Jar has been sat in my flat for over a month. Whoever said life doesn't go to plan, well they weren't kidding.
My most wondrous friends did a little bit of love spreading and posted messages of love and hope all over a tree in town. And I felt so inspired that a Jar joined it.
Hopefully people will stop to read the messeges, smile and maybe feel inspired to add to it.
Its the little things like this that just make my heart soar. And i'm so proud of my friends for starting this tree. I hope it continues and more things get added too it over time.
Just a few of the photos of the tree itself.

Life as well all know, never goes to plan. Which is why, this Jar is a week late.
After yet another week in bed, both me and the Jar look a little worse for wear. It had been sat on the window sill all week, and the sunlight had damaged it a little. To the point that it looks like it's discomposing a little. But seeing as all the world outside had turned to rain and mush, this sort of seems fitting.
I wish I had a photo of it before and after, because nature outside has done almost the very same thing.
Last week it was all red and orange leaves. Then the winds came and took them all away, all that is left is bare trees and mush on the ground.
The Jar seems to have done the same thing, so maybe a week inside wasn't such a bad thing afterall.
I have to thank Den Dose for helping with the making of this Jar.
Den found Jar Number 48, and when I mentioned on Facebook that I was having a hard time finding some sand for this Jar.Den came to the rescue and offered to put a Jar of sand out where he found 48.This project has connected me with such wonderful and thoughtful people. I never expected anyone to help, let alone someone I've never met.
So Thank You to Den, to all those who have partaken in this project so far and everyone to come. You are all rebuilding my love for the world, a message at a time.
Happy Hunting!

So I guess this one is going to be pretty easy to find. I'm not sure if I'm breaking a rule with the placement of this Jar. I did say no private property, but technically this is a public building and I did ask permission.
I had a great time with the staff of this building, finding somewhere to place it.
Being that I have been housebound or socially isolated most of my life. It took a lot of courage plucking to go and ask the staff for permission to place this Jar.
But it turns out I had nothing t be worried about, they couldn't have been nicer or more excited about the Jar.
This project is making me come out of my shell more and more, plus meet some wonderful people.
I would like to say a big Thank You, to the staff for letting me place this Jar and being so nice about it.
